Most cleaners produce steam at a temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit or higher-some even produce steam with a temperature of 285 degrees. With such high temperatures, the steam provides a much more effective clean than traditional cleaning methods. In fact, steam cleaning does the following: Kills 99.99% of bacteria Removes even the toughest of mold growth Prevents mold growth from recurring Clears away trapped pollutants Eliminates dust mites Removes stains, odors, grease, bacteria, mold, yeast & fungi We can use it on your walls, inside fridge, inside oven, bath tubs and windows to get out all the tough stains and grime!

Cancellation Policy

For early membership or single booking cancellation please reach out to jfam@jfam.online or call 339-888-9789. Use the cleanings or lose them. Bookings in packages not used monthly is automatically forfeited. Unused bookings do not carry over to next month. Purchase a quick pack if you don’t know when you will book. Quick pack cleanings carry over to the last day for usage. Upon cancellations of memberships/contracts with individual client or business, you will be charged full price for each basic, deep or office cleaning service booked from your membership/contract as you are choosing to cancel the discounted package. The difference remaining will be returned to charged card at signup. One time bookings cancelled before service date forfeit the booking fee of $25. If we cancel on our end the $25 is fully refundable. We do not offer refunds on completed work. If you are unhappy with a completed booking please reach out to JFAM and we will immediately address your concerns.
