Cleanings may end earlier or later than expected hours depending on the nature of the job. Prices will not change. All cleanings are conducted with new soft microfiber towels and eco-friendly solutions. We use magic erasers and steam cleaning for the tougher areas/jobs. Bedrooms included. * Kitchen- All countertops and surfaces of appliances and cabinets sprayed and wiped down for dust and minor stains. Oven surface and inside/outside fridge included. Inside microwave. * Bathroom- up to 2 bathrooms. Full cleaning and scrubbing of tub and toilet. All surfaces and sinks included. * Vacuuming of all floors followed by mopping of entire home plus interior windows, baseboards, dishes, Beds made ( leave out fresh sheets and pillows), interior of kitchen cabinets, appliances (must be emptied prior to arrival), all trash removed STEAM CLEANING Please add steam cleaning from extra services for $75 if you need heavy work inside your oven, bathroom tubs or have heavy stains that need removal from a wall or kitchen counters etc. For extra bathrooms visit the extra services category and add it to your checkout for an extra $45 https://www.jfam.online/book-online?category=3d467894-4891-4b4c-8c2a-e46535146d94

Cancellation Policy

For early membership or single booking cancellation please reach out to jfam@jfam.online or call 339-888-9789. Use the cleanings or lose them. Bookings in packages not used monthly is automatically forfeited. Unused bookings do not carry over to next month. Purchase a quick pack if you don’t know when you will book. Quick pack cleanings carry over to the last day for usage. Upon cancellations of memberships/contracts with individual client or business, you will be charged full price for each basic, deep or office cleaning service booked from your membership/contract as you are choosing to cancel the discounted package. The difference remaining will be returned to charged card at signup. One time bookings cancelled before service date forfeit the booking fee of $25. If we cancel on our end the $25 is fully refundable. We do not offer refunds on completed work. If you are unhappy with a completed booking please reach out to JFAM and we will immediately address your concerns.
